I had lost my login information for my account after dropping my previous phone in the toilet, so I reached out to Hornets support section to see if there was any way to save my original username to my new profile.

The support I received from Jose Garcia was absolutely fantastic. It took a few email exchanges to get it sorted, but in the end he managed to solve my issue with relative ease. Kudos to Hornet for having such an attentive support team! Its refreshing to see a company take care of their users.
